The two-room schoolhouse offers a historic, storied atmosphere with chalkboards, narrow windows, a woodstove, and other historic elements but includes modern amenities.
With long tables, round tables, and multiple chairs, there are several set-up options for different events such as family gatherings, concerts, business meetings, showers, graduations, small weddings, and much more.
When you rent the schoolhouse, you have access to the whole property, including the all-purpose room, lawn space, a fully functional catering kitchen, and bathroom facilities.

Your best bet is a minimum of two weeks in advance, however, if the date you want is available on the calendar, it’s yours!
Yes. This venue is an irreplaceable historic space. To ensure it is protected, we require a $200 security deposit at the time of booking. If there is no damage inflicted to the property after your event, we will return your deposit via payment method.
Cancellations made within 30 days before the event will have a $200 cancelation fee. All other cancellations will receive a full refund.
We offer an 82′ screen for your display needs.
Technical concerns should be discussed with the coordinator in advance as there will not be onsite technical support.
Yes! Our back entrance offers a ramp and the venue is barrier free.
You are welcome to bring your own food or use the caterer of your choice. Alcohol is allowed to be served, but not sold on-site unless it is from a vendor with their own liquor license and with prior approval from coordinator.
Our rental coordinator will welcome you, but will not be on-site for the duration of your event.
The rental fee includes post-event cleaning unless the building is left in an unsatisfactory state after rental. In this case, the $200 security deposit will not be returned.
