On Saturday, July 27, the Zeeland Historical Society hosted the monthly Children's Activity at the Zeeland Historical Museum. Between 10 AM and noon, we greeted 11 visitors.

The parents and children enjoyed the following activities:

• Painted pictures of watermelon
• Studied the "Watermelon" Herman Miller picnic poster
• Made watermelon pasta necklaces
• And best of all, ATE WATERMELON!

Saturday's volunteers were Debbie Albert, Shelley Guy and National Honor Society member, Lauren Rodel.  Thank you, ladies!!
