Noon Day Eve Egg Drop

Join us at the museum at 11AM to tour the museum with your family and for family activities.

TO PREPARE FOR THE EGG DROP:

  • Work with your family to design a package for a raw egg that might survive a drop from the upper floor of the museum and bring it with you to the museum.
  • You may put your egg in a container (NO GLASS PLEASE) and you may also wrap your egg inside the container with whatever you choose...be creative.
  • At 12 noon on New Year's Eve people will drop their eggs one at a time.
  • After the drop, you will go outside and grab your packaged egg, and go over to the barn by the trash can.
  • Unwrap your egg to see if it survived. (No Glass Packaging Please!)
  • Then visit our workroom for a glass of sparkling grape juice and a fortune cookie.
HAPPY NEW YEAR !
