"Making Poppies to Honor our Veterans" - May 25, 2019

On Saturday, May 25, the Zeeland Historical Society hosted the monthly Children's Activity at the Zeeland Historical Museum. Between 10 AM and noon, we welcomed 35 visitors.

 

The parents and children had a great time.  

  • Made poppies to honor our military veterans
  • Made fresh flower bouquets
  • Played  I SPY  in the Veterans' Memorial Room 
  • Constructed buildings with Lincoln Logs

Today's volunteers were Debbie Albert, Arlene Steenwyk, Chriss Vinciguerra, Audrey Rojo and Wendy Combs. Thank you, ladies!!
