2021 Ice Cream Social

Thank you to Macatawa Bank for the Ice Cream and Snack Wagon and to Meijer for donating the ice cream toppings. Thank you also to Carl and Cherrie Weener who offered the use of their Model A and to Dan and Rose Beukema for their musical talents. 

A group from United In Christ Ministries from Grand Rapids came with young girls from the Roosevelt Park Neighborhood. We were delighted to show them our museum and offer them rides in a model A! The girls had a lot to say about the visit:

"The best part of the museum was the car and the ice cream. It was cool to go into the museum. It was all super cool." (Asiyah 12)

"I liked the museum and that we could see how they used to do things." (Jaziyah 13)

"I liked the log cabin room and the ice cream!" (Laura 10)
