Check out our redesigned toy room! We are pleased to present 100 years of artifacts, which date from the 1880s to the 1980s. You will see toys, games, baby furniture, dolls, toy guns, trucks and cars, old sports equipment and baby clothing.
Among our treasures, we have on display an 1892 game from the Netherlands called "Goose Game". Also, there is a fabulous sleigh, which Zeeland resident John Kools made for his daughter Alice in 1884.
The toy room is located on the second floor of the Dekker Huis / Zeeland Historical Museum. See our virtual tour below. Enjoy!
On the North wall of the Toy Room, we present our oldest toy from the 1880s and our newest toy from the 1980s.
